Starbucks

I hate this because this store is conveniently located, but today is my last day going here. My significant other and I both have stomach aches and have to urgently use the bathroom after drinking coffee from this location. I’m not sure if they aren’t storing the cream at a good temperature, or their machines aren’t cleaned properly but we don’t have this issue when we go to other Starbucks (and we drink it everyday). We drink completely different drinks but we both end up with diarrhea… staff/service are great but something is definitely wrong.

I order breakfast from the mobile app today for my husband to pickup. Once he returned home my breakfast sandwich did not have any meat. I called the store back and spoke to Morgan. She informed me that there was no way to refund the money, but later today (when I'm back in the area) I could stop back by the store and they would make another breakfast sandwich for me. This is the first time I've been told I could not get a refund when the actual business did not deliver the product I paid for.

Went to this store Sunday September 4 in evening had a pumpkin spice latte which I love ❤️ my stomach was so messed up made me so sick it was not funny. The Baristas need to be retrained on checking milk temperatures before after they are making drinks rotating milk in the fridge or whatever they need to do because that is horrible!! no way I should have bubble guts in this capacity Hopefully the manager will read this
