25 minutes to get 2 drinks to go at 11:20 am on a Saturday? No organization and slow service... ended up messing up the order. 9 employees working. No excuse. Will never be back.
Hands down the slowest Starbucks around. I've ordered many times on the mobile app to save time always giving at least 20 minutes for my order to be complete before I arrive. Every single time I'm waiting an additional 10-15 minutes for my order while the baristas are busy playing on their phones. This isn't even a busy location. Sad.
Located in the heart of Blue Ash. Great coffee selection. An Even Better Tumbler/ Cup/Bottle)Selection $12 & up. Perfect for meeting up. Parking limited. Traffic in this area increases during certain pockets of the day. Such as Morning, Noon and 4pm-ish. Drive safely. In large part this is a walkable area.
