Had to track down a employee after waiting 15 minutes behind a guy who was there 22 minutes before us. Finally had to ask 1 of two staff that walked past us 4 or 5 times, is there a plan. Reply about 4 empty tables was we're short handed. THEN LET US KNOW THAT !!!!

We went to Blue ash where we usually order a medium traditional pizza half and half but today we were told they couldn't make it that way any more for some untold reason . So we left and went to Sharonville where they were glad to prepare our order for us. Don't understand why you would you would refuse customers business. Not real pleased.
