Starbucks

Always fast and we all know Starbucks is pretty good. I think this is just a poor location for it. It gets so much business that the line creates traffic in the road since people have to wait in the road for drive thru.

Everyday I order a sweet cream cold Brew WITH FOAM and 90 percent of the time the line is so long that by the time I get up there the foam has gone down some which I understand. What I don’t understand is how the past 4 times I have been here. There has been maybe one car ahead of me and by the time I get the drink, and pull out of the parking lot the foam is gone. I have been getting This drink everyday for months and I don’t understand what the issue is. If I say I want foam, then I want foam. I know I sound like a Karen but it took me four times of getting the drink without foam to say something. Also the drink in the picture is extremely dark even after me stirring it, which is not right either. I only have this issue at this Starbucks. Maybe you have a new employee or two, idk. All I know is I shouldn’t have to drive all across town to get it made properly.

For my first time walking into a Starbucks I would have to say this location has the most friendly staff and very helpful with recommendations
