IHOP

I was in late at night... like after 1am. The girl at the front counter was AMAZING. -kinda blondish hair that MAY be wavy to curly, little to no makeup, light eyes, not anorexic...She was very courteous, friendly, and she seems like a dedicated, hard worker (that probably deserves more money than she makes).. a large group walked in while I was making a to go order. She did not get distracted, flustered or short with me. Made me feel like I mattered, like I was just as important as the money that was walking in.. My fiancé and I were on a motorcycle and she had everything packaged to ride.. even my 2 orange juices.. nothing got smashed or spilled in the bags.. I can't say enough about her. My only regrets? Mainly not tipping her, but also not getting her name so I could go back and do it anytime later.. I'm sorry, amazing IHOP girl.. I'll find you and make it up to you, I know I'll see you again... Stood at the door for more than 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Some one put us and 2 other groups on a wait list. Few minutes later another employee walks up and asks another group how many and is about to seat them without even looking at the list!!! Our waitress checked on us once and never refilled anything! The food was not the best. My bacon was undercooked and my thick fluffy french toast was hard and dry! My daughter's waffles were soggy and cold.

Came on a Sunday morning so there was a small wait. The booth we were sat at had broken seats, as soon as we sat down our butts fell into the casing where there should be foam.. obviously from wear but super uncomfortable. My hash browns tasted like bacon, I cannot have pork due to an allergy. After asking they do in fact cook bacon on the same grills as hash browns.. nice to know. Our server was great, but the broken seat ruined the rating.
