Customer Service: Awesome! They were very busy but still took the time out to let me taste the green tea ???? and also they were patient & my food was very good, Sandwich could have had more meat but the avacado on both my Green Goddess salad and Turkey bacon avacado sandwich was very generous ????

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, squash soup, and cinnamon latte. The food is fine as usual. Love the squash soup and latte. However, the preparation speed was far too slow. I ordered at the kiosk and I had to wait for 25 minutes for my simple sandwich to be prepared…which is not even half the speed for McDonald’s lol

I'm a frequent Panera customer, I got to 4 different locations on the regular several times a week. I have only once gotten my food at this location in a timely fashion. I always try to give them another chance, but they always consume more of my time. I have driven to the next closest location and gotten my food faster. This is not a knock on the employees, who work hard, but a knock on management for not staffing better. I'll go ahead and reply to the inevitable response: if you cannot find enough applicants, then you are not offering enough.
