QDOBA Mexican Eats

Not the place to go if you have less then 45 min to get your food. I’ve been here twice now and they are very understaffed. The employees were trying to keep up but there were only two people working and 20 customers in line as well as online orders. NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT. Food also just seems off and not very clean. Lots of ingredients were getting mixed which means random stuff I didn’t want in my food. Overall not good. Just go down the road to chipotle until this store can improve.

I've ordered online from this location three times recently. Each time my order has been at least half an hour late, and the order has never even been remotely correct. For tonight's meal, we ordered corn tortillas because my son cannot have flour tortillas. His 3 taco meal arrived with one corn tortilla and two flour tortillas. When we asked them to correct it, the staff member said that they were out of corn tortillas, and his manager told him to make the last two tacos with flour tortillas (which my son cannot eat). The manager was then not available to speak with us to clarify. I do not recommend this Qdoba. One or two bad orders is a fluke, but three bad orders (that are not only half an hour late but also incorrect) is just bad business.
