Sri Raghavendra Bhavan / Chutneys

I wish I could give negative stars. Hate the food here. Went here for 1st time, the food smelled stale. Idli was sour and smelled of old batter. Chutney tasted stale too. The vada was dropping oil, It was soggy and extremely oily. Biryani looked grey and black in color and tasted of “lard” Worst experience!!!!

We ordered through Doordash. This restaurant has the worst quality of South India food. Refer to the attached photos. Sambar and chutney are coloured water with no taste. Calling the restaurant to provide feedback, they admitted that the dosas are not coming out properly and still they sent the food. This shows their zero dedication to provide good service.

We ordered Rava masala dosa and puri-Aloo from them. Firstly we ordered from Doordash at 9.25pm and received our order at 11pm. The food received was warm. The dosa had become a rag of cloth. Please do not order dosa’s for a take out. The steam inside causes the crispness to go away and the dosa becomes soggy. They gave us a bowl of mediocre sambar and 2 kinds of chutneys. The puri was eatable. Came with Sagu. The aloo sabzi was lifeless. I would not order from them again
