Spirito's Italian Diner

Wow with all the great reviews we were so excited to eat here. Well I don't know what happened but everything was flavourless. The tomato gravy was blah, the meatball didn't taste like anything, and their garlic dressing just tasted like oil. Also we ordered 2 servings of spaghetti and there was barely enough gravy for one. On top of it we ordered to go and it took almost 50 minutes to get our food which we ended up throwing most of it out.

For an unassuming little place, the food is incredible and the staff was very friendly! My group tried a variety of stuff including a pepperoni calzone, spinach lasagna, veal parmesan, penne with sausage and peppers and the ravioli with meat sauce. While everything was delicious, the standout was definitely the ravioli and the calzone!! Parking: Lots of parking is available in this plaza

This is the best Italian food around! The best dish I’ve had here is the eggplant parmigiana, it’s soooo good, just like a Little Italy in NYC. I’m very picky about my pizza and it’s also the best around. It’s annoying as hell to get in touch with them and when you do it’s so noisy in the background you have to scream your order at them, it’s well worth the scream though. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of my food. ????
