This location is always clean with no wait. Service is pretty execeptional, sometimes I have trouble getting the waiters attention after food is out, for refills etc. I visit this location often as I am a local. I have had Maserati multiple times, he is amazing always having a great attitude and working hard. ＼( 'ω')／..!

Super disappointed in our service today. Ordered the three for me and could not eat the entree because of the overwhelming amount of seasoning. Our waitress did not seem to care even though I told her it was too spicy because I’m nursing a colicky infant. My husband and I frequent this location once a week for our date day and I’m bummed this is how our date ended. Will be second guessing coming back. Picture is of the food we were forced to pay for with no option to exchange it either - my full meal. I took ONE bite of the rice & asada.

We used to have Chilis up in the Seattle area but they are no longer up here so we decided to go there during our vacation. The server was friendly and helpful, however the food just was not what we expected from a Chilis and our son being a picky eater due to him being Autistic didn't help. We also signed up for their rewards program and we did have to fight to get our sons meal free as it said on a website. After fighting to get the meal for free they told us that they won't honor it again as it is not something they participate in. I personally won't be going back to this location as it just was not something we were expecting for what we paid.
