Definitely a must visit place for presentation and molecular gastronomy! Interesting take on classic Indian dishes and presenting it in a molecular format. Pav bhaji fondue, and moti paneer are a must try for vegetarians; rich in texture and flavor. Yet another point to definitely try is Thandai. Presentation, taste, after taste, quantity, idea; everything is just spot on! 5+ stars for this one. Nitro bhel is just good as a visual experience on your table, taste wise nothing great. One can definitely skip the soap cake. It’s just a hard bar of chocolate presented on a micro fancy bath tub like plate. Amazing presentation of the dish, but 0 stars for taste. Overall, definitely a one or two time visit restaurant ~

Very poor service, for a so called fine dining experience. Average food taste. Average ambience. Presentation of some of the food items were very different and creative, and that's the only reason you may want to go here. Not all unique items on their website are available. Few items we tried that had unique presentation: Paani Puri Vada Paav (Taste was good) Flower Pot Paneer Tikka Appetizer (Taste was good) Vegetarian options: This is a vegetarian restaurant.

Not at a good experience overall. Prices are really high but taste is very mediocre. Tried many items. Pav Bhaji Fondu did not even taste like pav bhaji at all. We got Dal Makhani which was extremely salty, when asked about.. waiter just picked it up and left without saying a single word.. We asked them twice about it after waiting for a while but no response.. They then suddenly got another one after we almost completed our food already. In deserts, we had high hopes but were disappointed, Flower Pot was missing the soil which is marked as highlight on their website and Motichoor Magic was so cold almost frozen and very hard to eat. Drinks were the only thing that were really nice, we tried Kokum Margarita and KalaKhatta Mojito. Overall Everything was below average in taste and service was also not very satisfactory. Probably never going there again. Definitely not worth the prices. We paid almost $250 for 4 people for everything unsatisfactory.
