Definitely a must visit place for presentation and molecular gastronomy! Interesting take on classic Indian dishes and presenting it in a molecular format. Pav bhaji fondue, and moti paneer are a must try for vegetarians; rich in texture and flavor. Yet another point to definitely try is Thandai. Presentation, taste, after taste, quantity, idea; everything is just spot on! 5+ stars for this one. Nitro bhel is just good as a visual experience on your table, taste wise nothing great. One can definitely skip the soap cake. It’s just a hard bar of chocolate presented on a micro fancy bath tub like plate. Amazing presentation of the dish, but 0 stars for taste. Overall, definitely a one or two time visit restaurant ~

Loved this place, but why not 5 stars? Two things I didn't like, the first was it seemed way over-priced, and secondly you leave with strong smell of spices on all your clothes and hair. I love the smell of the food but just don't want to carry it everywhere. What I liked: - Excellent service - Great atmosphere for conversation - open and bright - Presentation of food was creative and beautiful - Taste of every item was perfect and unique stemming from an authentic flavor of that dish...they do the best job of modernizing but staying true to roots.

Fantastic food with a nice ambience. It's regular North Indian fare turned into interesting dishes that I haven't experienced before. The service was prompt and they do allow you quite a bit of time after you finish your meal and do not hurry you or push you out. Price is on the expensive side and per person cost can easily exceed $40. Also, please note, they add an 18% service charge, even for parties smaller than 6. So pay attention to your final check.
