Comfortable, friendly and delicious! I’m not from Philly but I know how I like my cheesesteak. Spanky’s did not disappoint. Our server, Kennedy, was fantastic!

On Monday, February 7, 2022 at 12:49 pm, I placed an ordertogo for 2 Philly Cheesesteaks with the cashier man named Sinclair. When I asked if the chef can toast the buns, I was embarrassed by the rude American female manager who complained how customers want things added at the last minute. She talked about me as if I was not there, But I was sitting in the chair waiting for my food. She complained how customers want to change their order from onion rings instead of fries or how customers want lettuce and tomatoes added. I am a restaurant owner and food truck owner, the first thing is to serve your customers with exceptional customer service. Be kind and respectful and provide them with the options on your menu because Many new customers do not know about the menu. Use your marketing skills to inform the customers to add items or upgrade to their order. Today, I was embarrassed but maybe its because this review was needed to be posted. Also, the burnt fries is not acceptable.
