We went to attend the amazing paint & sip!! That was outstanding and all of our paintings turned out amazing!! The food and drinks were delicious! Fantastic atmosphere, music, and our group were together, almost felt like a private event! Then, the service and people were all fabulous, caring, bright, conversational, and professional!! Loved it!!
Found this restaurant while looking for 'fried green tomatoes' which is (I think) Georgia's specialty. So we had fried green tomatoes, chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and fried squash, and country fried steak with collard green and jalapeno slaw. All the veggie dishes were delicious and my chicken was tender but my husband said his beef was a little tough. Also we got red velvet cake and it was true southern sweets. Our server was knowlegable and attentive.
South Cobb diner is always a favorite go to place for lunch. I used to eat there more often until we moved. They used to have a spicy chicken club sandwich that was awesome!
