Burger King

Doors locked, drive thru was only option. Ordered a bouble bacon King. Pulled to the window, a young lady took my card for payment. The entire time she was talking so I asked her what she was saying to me. She said she was talking on the phone & hands me my order & card. I drove 2 blocks home, opened my burger & it was a cold mushy bun, cold Patty's, no melted cheese. I took 2 bites & was done. I drove back & asked the same kid at the window for someone that was not on the phone. She asked if I wanted my refund. Apparently she was aware of the product they were putting out. I gave her the "food" & told her to keep the money. I hope ownership finds this review & has management address it. Oct 6, 930ish.

If yall don't get that long pink braid hair rude woman from the front. All of the eye rolling and attitude is not called for because I'll give it right back. You chose to work there not me!!!!!!! Do your job that you applied for. If someone need their order corrected try to help without messing up that ugly face next time.

The only reason I gave it one star rating was because I had to select at least one star. This place is horrible, and the manager is so rude and nasty, I cannot believe she even has a job... They are so nonchalant about the food and service, it has grossed me out. I don't plan on going there any more as of today. I had been going there for almost 20 years, and it has gotten worst each year.
