Forget 5 stars this place deserves 10 stars. The food is sooooo good, literally everything. We ordered the chicken winglet dinner with dressing and mac and beef ribs in bbq dinner with mac and yams. All the sides were good, and the peach cobbler. I’d recommend calling ahead to place your order because wait times can exceed 30/40 mins because they are always busy. Definitely worth the wait and price though and it’s BLACK OWNED. Highly recommended!!!!
I have only been here once but I will be going back soon! I felt welcomed.. Owner cared about my needs... Asked questions.... Friendly and I could observe that she has a bunch of regulars!!! Which says that tgis food is ???? good!. I was not disappointed. I ordered Red Snapper (fish) and Fried Shrimps with order of rice and beans ???? Good Job!!! Right off the freeway. Easy to get to. 91 fwy off cherry exit.
So five members of our Curry family had lunch. It was all of our first time coming to eat at SFR in Long Beach. The owner and team treated us like family. Five had fish, amazing and 2 had ox tails, awesome.
