INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING!! After several enjoyable Turkey Dinners, this was an utter mess and shock! Everything was cold, mush, scrambled and thrown together into one heaping mess of a container! Turkey was cold and stale! Mac & cheese was cold and bland! "Loaded" mashed potatoes were smothered over the turkey and Mac & cheese carelessly topped with cold cheese and cold bacon! I wanted to almost cry from disgust and disappointment! Worst part is that Uber Eats was "unable to upload photo" of this ridiculously over priced 40 dollar "dinner" and have no option to call anyone! I will never again order IHOP and will cancel my UberEats membership due to the difficulty and hoops they make you jump for an otherwise simple fix called costumer service..which they lack! I'm now sick to my stomach and regretting ever ordering it!
Although this place is open 24 hours the service here was not good. There was not many people when we arrived and I took us about 5 minutes for someone to come out and give us a table. Once we had our table it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come take our order and once we had our order we didn't really see anyone else come and ask us if we need anything else like coffee. We had to almost go to the back of the kitchen once we wanted to pay to ask them to come out. I feel that we could have just walked out without pain and they wouldn't have noticed. The food was okay I ordered a spicy pepper jack melt, the hamburger cook could have been cooked a little bit more and the buns could have been toasted.
We have a closer location to home and rather do the drive and come here. The manager Aaron is super friendly and on top of table touching ensuring everything is up to standards. As a manager of a restaurant myself, people like Aaron are hard to come around. He is the reason we keep coming here. Food and service AMAZING!! Thank you!! Kid-friendliness: Everytime I come in the manager Aaron ensures to my 6 year old daughter feel welcomed. Remembers us regulars by name and super friendly
