I have never had such great pizza and customer service. The pizza was on a thin crust that was awesome and then you could taste everything above. No fat dough, no huge cheese...just flavor.
Price is okay, wait time is okay, parking is difficult, Atmosphere is very loud, like yelling at the person right next to you to hear anything loud. Very busy. Good location. Highly recommend the cheesy bread appetizer for kids and adults! So good! Alfredo sauce was very delicious. The tea is a bit weird, The stuffed calamari was not overly chewy. The spaghetti squash spaghetti was not nearly as good as how I make ours but was fun to try anyways. I tried the fettuccine Alfredo with broccolini. The broccolini was not yummy and was very hard to bite. I wish normal broccoli was the option. The Alfredo was very good though. The time between going in, ordering drinks, ordering food and then getting food was all extremely spaced out. We arrived at 5:15 and did not leave until 8pm and that was just getting through those 4 steps, so expect to spend some time here if you have a big party. Today was the 1 year anniversary of the first time my Now Girlfriend ever took me to Sonny's. We go just about every other week, and don't always enjoy the Lasagna Special, instead choosing different dishes as often as we can. Their wine list is very nice, and everything compliments the food so well. The girls are all wonderful, and do a great job of taking care of us. No wonder, as awesome as the support staff are in taking care of the details like To-go boxes, etc. Always world class, with the local neighborhood feel of Family. *UPDATE: 9/6/23 We came back tonight to enjoy the Lasagna Special, and brought our own bottle of Chianti Classico Reserve to pair and enjoy. The $15 corkage fee is absolutely reasonable for this privilege, and I tipped an extra 5% to JESSICA, our wonderful waitress to compensate.
