Sonny Williams' Steak Room

The food and drinks here are awesome!! The staff are all wonderful and very accommodating. It's great whether it's date night, girl's night, or just a splurge night. The atmosphere is nice and really enjoyable. I went for my birthday and was not disappointed. Parking: I usually valet, but street parking is available.

My husband I come here at least once a month. Sonny Williams is our go to place everytime! We like to sit at the bar and John the bartender is so nice and friendly (impeccable) very engaging! The food is amazing. The piano man is entertaining. And the decor is old school steakhouse vibes!! Frank sinatra, Johnny cash, Marilyn Monroe and much more cool picture frames.

The description says Upscale Restaurant.....well, if upscale means spending $175 on ONE main course and a few drinks then it is spot on. We ordered the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer and they were very rubbery. I only ate 2 of them. A large steak with sides (sides do not come with the steak) to share and a few glasses of wine. The mashed potatoes were cold, and the steak was just doused with teriyaki sauce. I am not okay with that. This is definitely not my experience with UPSCALE in other cities.
