Sonic Drive-In

I was going through the drive through and I was served a hamburger that smelled so bad it had me sniffing my own clothes, I took it back and asked the drive through worker to smell the burger and she refused. The most horrific fast food service ever. I'll never visit this location again. That meat was rank and expired. This location just might kill someone!!! I'd rather this place a negative 10!!!!

I have 2 major complaints. The 1st it seems like everytime I go their, I never get fresh food. The last 2 times I've gone their for lunch I was late getting back to work due to remaking my order. The 2nd is. Your old-fashioned Rootbeer floats? You can not order them. They are not on the outside menu or online app. It would be nice to order a float from time to time. Thank You

Horrible service. I went tonight to get a large chocolate shake. There was one other person in a stall and 2 people in the drive thru. I ordered and 10 minutes later, still no shake. I was tired and decided to skip it so I pressed the red button, to tell them to cancel my order,, and the gal who answered said "One second..." and I sat waiting for a minute before I just left. I got home and tried to call to let the manager know what happened and the phone number that's on Google must be the fax machine, because, after 5 rings, the fax machine picked up. I am very frustrated with this location, due to other problems in the past, and feel like something needs to be done before they get my business again.
