Was fairly slow at getting my order out, which I ordered through the app. But the guy apologized for it when I got my food. Parking: Plenty of parking

The person taking my order seemed nice but the girl who gave me my food was rather stuck up. She didn't say hi she didn't greet me at all then when I asked for some grape jelly she just kind of gave me a look and turned and got some grape jelly and handed it to me. She didn't say have a nice day or anything. She didn't say one word to me I found that to be really rude and of poor service. They really need to tighten up on who they have working so closely with the public if this is how they allow their employees to treat the customers. Either that or remind their employees that the customers is who gives them a paycheck each week. No customers no money.

I will never go to this McDonald's again! We ordered our food, had to wait OVER AN HOUR for them to ask me why we were still waiting (because we didn't get all our food) they will go check. I called the store asked for them to REMAKE my entire order because it was now cold as well as bring us our quarter pounder that they forgot. They argued with me in the phone for another 10 minutes. Finally came and got the bag of food they did bring us to remake it. Over all it took almost 2 hours from the time I ordered to the time I got home to be able to eat with all our food. Worthless! No apologies or anything.
