Sonic Drive-In

10:21 the time I pulled up to pickup my order and the entire sonic is closed employees sitting outside. Paid in advance. UPDATE: Drove back up there the next day with receipt as proof. I was told to go through app and get a refund and that they didn't have shipment for churro shake (part of my order). We placed an order for something similar 3 PC tender dinner which is sides of onion rings, tater tots and 1 toast. They forgot onion rings so I went back to explain she responded I didn't know the meal came with it I'll go get it. Great I'm not making this up we sat for over 30 minutes and drive thru was busy but moving very slow and someone had to go to work. Toast was unedible, strips tasted like cooked in old oil and well never eating sonics again.

I placed a mobile order on the app, it took them 30 plus minutes to fulfill a simple order of mozzarella sticks and corn dogs. I don’t understand and if it wasn’t for my daughter wanting and liking this… I wouldn’t have waited this long

If I could give them a -0 I would! Don't stop and waste your time. Waited in the drive thru over 30 min to get cold and nasty food. The tots tasted like old grease. The burger had no flavor what so ever. There were 4 people in there playing the whole time. 1 was eating her food in the drive thru as we waited for our nasty food. The guy taking our order was very rude! $30.00 wasted on food that wasn't edible! They need to close this place down and start over with a new trained crew!
