More attention needs to be paid to the dining room. Tables should be cleaned frequently and drink machine area needs to be wiped down, debris from tops, straw wrappers and drink spills cleaned up. Drive through was down or perhaps just didn't have enough staff to man inside and outside so why have inside open. Food was hot but breast perhaps had been sitting there well beyond time allotted.

Went to this location a little after 4pm , on Tuesday Nov8, I saw two people sitting in dining area when I pulled in, upon entering I was told that I could not place an order that they only do drive through , online , and door dash even though doors were opened and it was during regular business hrs and no signs were posted , I asked were, all locations doing this , I was told only this location, that they could not take in person orders because the were short staffed , and I could clearly see over 6 employees. When I asked for corporate number, I was told there was not one , I was told this by the most unprofessional, rude, neck rolling , eyes bucked , disgruntle employee that would not I’d himself, only that he was one of the managers, and that any complaints that I had had to go strictly through him. Original Chicken toooo Crispy and hard...why? I think KFC needs to either SHUT DOWN / OR RETRAIN THEIR COOKS. MAYBE THE PRESSURE COOKER ISN'T WORKING? WHO Owns the KFC here in Union City? Do you ever check in on your Establishment? I Do Not Recommend this Store. 0 ????
