Sonic Drive-In

Haven't had Sonic since moved frm Texas to Florida and it was great to find one here in Sarasota FL. Had a Rt 44 cherry lime and a cheeseburger with tater tots! They were short staffed but the service was great and definitely worth the wait. Very clean store, and one of the biggest Sonics I've been to. They have a dive through, dine inn and the classic outside drive up stalls. Most definitely will be going back again and again!!

The guy working at the drive through is completely inappropriate. When making a mobile order and picking it up today at the drive through. He told me to go make the order at the stall then go back through the drive through to pick it up. I have always just told them my name at the drive through and gotten my food. All of the stalls aren't operational except for one, which had a car in it, so I was forced to wait. The guy proceeds to walk out of the business and yell at me in a very aggressive tone that I need to come back through the drive through. Even the person I was on the phone with during the time heard him yelling at me. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED in that guys behavior and how he treated the situation. Will never be coming back to this Sonic ever again and will be telling my friends to stay far away as well. No worker should be yelling at its customers when they are just confused about the situation. It could've been handled way differently. I never write reviews, but had to for this

Just tried to place a order at the drive through, the female working the window was extremely rude, we chose to go elsewhere.. this is the 1st time I’ve been treated rudely at this Sonic, they are always really nice there.. she just ended my visits to this Sonic
