I don't know if this is the norm with the new gen Z kids, but they don't seem to take their career seriously. Ok, it's not the most glamorous job you could ask for, but you still gotta give some f. I take that back, it's not just the young immature employees, all interactions I've had with employees at this particular location had been meh. People don't want to work anymore i guess. If that's the case, pack your things, go home so other people who really need job can take it.

They gave us the wrong order, THREE times and then gave attitude as it was OUR fault that they cannot read their own receipt. The one handing the food needs to LOOK in the bag to make sure it's correct, not YELL at the customer that pays her paycheck! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sold expired coffee this morning. Wasn’t given a receipt, didn’t think I would need one. Was told I couldn’t exchange for non-expired coffee. Multiple bags on the shelf expired. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing ground coffee from this location. Also the staff were unnecessarily rude, accused me of purchasing these from another location….asked me who the sales person was that sold it to me, which I didn’t memorize because I didn’t realize I was buying expired coffee and would be asked this information. Hopeful to speak with a manager tomorrow and resolve it.
