Sonic Drive-In

I usually have a good experience at Sonic but last time I ordered a Oreo chocolate shake and they didn’t give me Oreos I double checked with the worker before I left the store that they put them in but they didn’t

When I went to Cary St Sonic Sunday evening there were only 3 people ahead of me and service was fast. The cashier took my order, a double bacon cheeseburger and fries. The 1st sign of trouble came when he didn't have enough change in his drawer and handed me a bunch of pennies, a total insult in my opinion, and handed my bag of food. The fries were hot and lightly salted but the bacon double cheeseburger was room temperature at best and tasted off. Totally unacceptable!!!

Worst sonic ever. I went there yesterday for a mobile pick up, as I have never used it before and the cashier, who was a guy, was really rude. He asked me the name, i tried telling him I don’t know but I can list the order, and he yelled what is the name in a poor attitude. If it wasn’t for the fact that this was the cheapest and closest restaurant near my place of work, I would not come back here again. This isn’t the only negative experience I have had here
