Sonic Drive-In

Absolute worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I ordered on the internet, and drove to get my food. I tagged the button maybe 7 minutes after I ordered. The food did not come out (in 2-3 min like she said) then, after ten min I went to the "window" the girl tapping on her phone couldn't be bothered to bring the sack of food and a drink (DIRECTLY in front of her) out to my car. Wow!! Less than 4 inches from her...and she didn't see it. Good job (whoever that girl was)

There is always a long wait for your food, weather you order through the app, drive thru, or sit and wait pushing the red button and sometimes you have to go to the door to make sure they know you have arrived because they don't respond for awhile. The food is usually good but smaller portion sizes then shown, the premium burritos are small, the size of their Jr Burritos so if you want more food for less $ or the same cost, order 2 Jr Burritos you will get more then 1 premium. The manager argues with you about portion sizes and doesn't seem to be bothered by the long wait times. The drinks are usually the best here nut as for food be warned, the $ and sizes are not what they seem they should be.

Food is not bad until you reach the part where you see human DNA... Also, having your food container partially filled on a large order of chili cheese tots is flat out disappointing...
