Filiberto's Mexican Food

Spent almost $50 on dinner for three. My grilled chicken was literally cold, and all the portions were really small. Meaning the chicken was precooked and sat out without a warmer. There were also ingredients missing, like our cheese we paid extra for, so frustrating. What a terrible experience and total waste of money. This is the second time we've eaten at this location and had terrible food. Will not eat here again.

Good food but the service is horrible! It takes forever to get your food. I waited 30 min for 2 burritos. They are short staffed and the people that work there move at a snails pace. Hope this one gets better and survives

I hate to leave a bad review on one bad experience. But I think it is important that other people should know. I have been to this place multiple times and it's probably one of my favorite filibertos. But after tonight I don't know if I'll go to this one again unless there's a different cook. When I walked in the cook gave me a weird look like something was up. I ordered my food and as I was ordering the cook left and went to the bathroom. I went into the bathroom after and realized he didn't wash his hands after using the restroom. The sink wasnt wet at all. As I waited for my food they all kept staring at me and giggling like i missed the joke or something. I Was going to confront them about it but I thought maybe i am being weird. I was hoping he would wear gloves which I'm still not sure if he did or not.
