Sonic Drive-In

This is the second time I came to this location and they didn't get the order right. I pay for food I expect to get what I ordered. When you pay 30 dollars for food, go back to tell them that I was missing food, then they make you wait an extended amount of time waiting because they put you on the back burner and take other I orders first is BS. Been in food service for a long time and my food should have been first before the other orders. Two coupons for a medium slush doesn't make up for the 40 minutes of waiting. Well after an hour of waiting I left. So I guess owe me a refund for a double cheeseburger.

Horrible service. Used drive thru. I believe it was a manager who took my order. She was rude. I asked a question about flavors, she told me where in the menu the flavors were. That didn't answer my question so I asked in a different way, making myself more clear, and she repeated herself but louder and much slower, making her point that she is terrible at customer service. Easy question, can I get a strawberry flavored slushy without the actual fruit? I didn't want a real fruit slushy but that is what popped up on screen when she took my order. Simple question. She never answered, only told me where to find the flavors. Still added fruit to my daughters slushy after I asked for no fruit. And the other 2 slushies had barely any flavor and wasn't even mixed in correctly. There was a squirt of syrup on the top side of my kids slushies. They were basically just the clear sugar ice. Will never return.
