the workers are friendly but there was a long white hair in the fries. This place just doesn’t seem very clean.

You know what I enjoy after a really long day at work? Cold fries on a meal that I didnt order because they had a communication hiccup. So how did an order from two cars back get to me after I waited for 20 minutes and watched no less than five cars pass. After convincing myself that it wasnt the fault of the poor kid who brought the food out and not yelling at him. I drive around with a cold kidsmeal I didnt order because they already shut everything down and I see two employees walking accross the parking lot with four bags of food and drinks. (they didnt even look to see if a car was coming before crossing) After working a 12 hour day and just wanting to not have to cook before I go to bed a refund and cold fries are not exactly enough. Oh. And I get home to find out that the drink was lacking enough syrup to even taste good. I have been coming to this Culvers since it opened, a very long time ago.
