Sonic Drive-In

So it was between 5 guys and this joint and I chose this joint big mistake. It took the the person taking the orders about five takes to understand it 5 cheeseburgers 3 large fries that’s simple right. They made me wait 25-30 min I lost track. When she brought the food she shorted me a fry. And then reluctantly gave me another . Whatever happened to the back in the day when they gave something extra for making you wait or a screw up. Oh well unless I’m givin something for they’re bad service I’m sticking to those places that consistently don’t screw my food up and don’t make me wait. You know places like chick filet five guys they always treat me well.

No dining room has a drive-thru or you can drive up and order from a menu and they will bring it to you in your car good prices and quick service

Placed an order on the app at about 7:25pm and waited in my car for 30 minutes and the food never came. Cars were moving through the drive through and the screen at the stall said my order was “in the kitchen” so I had no way of knowing that the place was actually abandoned. Called the other location and was told they have been closing early due to staffing issues, but if you’re going to do that at least turn the screens off and don’t let people order on the app!
