The drive through is the only option and the service is horrible. Waited well over 15 minutes at the speaker and NO ONE EVER took my order. Drove to the window thinking maybe it was a speaker/system issue & 2 people inside I could see chatting. NO ONE answered the window after 5 minutes!!! 0/10 I would NOT recommend this place! The outside of the restaurant was filthy. Do not waste your time!
Only drive through was available on this day. After lining up to order. Got home 2 x fries missing. Of course not going back to line up again. Tried to call. But number listed no longer active. Contacted HQ to see if new number available, response negative and un informative. Bad customer service.
Only because zero was not an option!!!!Don't ever eat at this location!!! If they can't clean the handle off the back door then they must not clean. I believe they have the worse customer service in comparison to other burger king's near by. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to Genito and Hull for a better experience.
