Sonic Drive-In

I hope the reason I sat in this drive thru about 30 min give or take was because there isn't enough workers. Also a greeting of hello would have been nice but instead it was what can i get u? Then my food came messed up and i paid good money for the meal! It was my one treat for the week. Food is good and I love sonic but extremely disappointed with the wait times ridiculous do better sonic.

This place has really taken a beating. The people are friendly and that should account for more these days, but order the chicken finger meal and got 3 pieces of what I assumed to be chicken, not sure what they were breaded in but they were definitely fried in very old oil. Couldn't eat them. No onion ring and some tots which were at least hot. Ordered outside, the monitor was broken so had to walk over to a drive monitor order and then explain to the person who took the order that I was sitting at station 22 and not here because the monitor was broken, well you can guess the rest... just do Chick-fil-A.

Had atleast 9 employees inside joking around on there phones. My fries and tots for my meals where soggy and not cooked through. Pretzels where stale did not get cheese for said pretzels. Didn’t receive all my food and when I mentioned it to the young lady at the window she huffed and puffed about making my order right. I’m a manager at a fast food place I understand how hard it can be but when you see employees sitting and just on there phones when there is a line of cars it’s really bad for business I will not be back to this particular sonic
