Sonic Drive-In

This Sonic is located at 5195 Jonesboro Road. I was there to pick up an Uber Eats order the person who picked up when I ran in said they did not have the order when I verified the address they told me no this address is a different address which was a lie and as you drive around the building you come around their side right there on the side it says 5195. If a person doesn't know how to operate the tablets for the gig apps they don't need to be allowed to deal with those orders. And lying about the address doesn't excuse you not having the order ready for the customer.

Waited for half an hour for a simple order before giving up and going to chick fil a. Other customers did the same. With more employees than customers you'd think fast food would be faster than a full service restaurant.

This place really needs to revamp it's staff. I pre-ordered and it took the girl 3 trips to bring out all of the items for my order, not because it was too much for her to carry, but because she or whoever was giving her directions was simply not paying attention to my ticket. The car next to me ordered 1 item and they didn't even get that correct. I will say my food was hot and the majority of it was fixed correctly.
