After waiting in line for at least 20 minutes I was finally able to order. I requested a tilapia Poboy and attempted to pay using EBT since this option was advertised all over the establishment. The cashier said there would be an additional $1 charge for cooking the food which I accepted considering I’ve seen other restaurants do this. After she ran my EBT card she proceeded to ask for the dollar again. Now she stated the $1 had to be paid separately which is something I’ve never been advised and that was not made clear initially. She continued saying you don’t just have change or a single dollar? It’s COVID I don’t carry cash and my employer pays me direct deposit. I will not be giving this place another try. I simply requested my refund and spent my $ elsewhere. If they made this clear initially it would be no problem but I’m not paying and additional $5 because they have a card minimum when I could’ve simply used my debit card to begin with.

The crawfish was terrible they tasted like it was left overs and reheated. Tried to call back to let them know but no answer
