Was told that there was one individual doing all of the operation at this location. Why has sonic allowed their restaurants to become like this? Why promote people that are going to do this? This isn't management, this is torturing your employees.
As is usual with sonics, the service is EXTERMELY slow and RUDE. When it finally came my time to pay, what appeared to be the manager had no recollection of my order, then blamed me for it. shameful, sonic!
Waiting in line behind seven cars for over 10 minutes and no one moved. Pulled out of line and went somewhere else along with at least five other cars. Not sure what the issue is but this is the second time in 4 days I've had the same experience. If the issue is being understaffed would be an advantage to pay more per hour to get Workers, than to lose the amount of business that's pulling out of line every day
