Arby's

In the 30+ minutes I waited to order the 8 orders they did complete came back with issues. Including mine. The workers were very pessimistic and unorganized one appeared to be under the influence. He also delivered food outside to waiting drive through customers multiple times and worked the register without changing gloves.

This was a below average Arby's at best. While staffing is an issues everywhere, the service was good at all. The food was hit and miss. Some food was cold, some was warm, and 1 thing was hot. arrived at lunch time their not even busy, my prime rib sandwich was soggy and slimy for some reason? couldn't even eat but a few bites. The crinkle cut fries had ZERO seasoning, the chicken nuggets make chick filets nuggets look big but at least chick filets has flavor. Ask the young lady at the window for ranch three times for the nuggets still didn't get any. My sister got a turkey wrap that was equally bland but at least her curly fries has seasoning on them. The fries were fresh is about the only good thing I can say but inedible because they were flavorless. I hope I don't end up sick later at work from that slimy disgusting almost $10 sandwich. Seems like this was done intentionally because we ask for a minute at the drive thru even though we were extremely polite, impatient employees that have aditudes.
