Sonic Drive-In

Service is beyond horrible. The crew they have working there is beyond useless. We have tried to go there 3 times in the last months. Waited 20 minutes each time to not even have our order taken. Last week we tired to go there for simple ice cream. Waited 20 minutes at the ordering screen. Moved to a new parking slot. Press the button again. The person that came across the mic said “we will be with you in a couple of minutes”. I responded with “we have been waithng here for 20 minutes”. She responded with “well we are busy, don’t know what to tell you.” I responded with “ there is only 4 cars in the entire parking lot”…the final comment before we drove away was “well then go some place else then, again don’t know what to tell you”

I have never been in a worse sonic than this. They couldn't do call orders, and there were literally 3 cars there. One worker was yelling at the one that was working, and the general manager was outside chatting and showing off her car instead of managing the business. I do not recommend this place of business at all.

I have attempted to order Uber Eats from here twice, and both times is just an absolute disaster. First ride we ordered two Oreos cheesecake sonic blasts and got vanilla milkshakes. The second time I ordered 2 chili cheese dog combos, mozzarella sticks, and a corn dog. One whole combo was missing and one was just a hot dog with a slice of cheese and 2 onion rings. No mozzarella sticks. I literally laughed out loud and thought it had to be a joke. Literally I don’t know how this place is still in business.
