Sonic Drive-In

Don’t waste your time. Sat at the stall for 15 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. They picked up the headset but didn’t say anything. I said hello several times, no answer. A car pulls up to the side of me to order and they automatically start taking his order. I pull to the drive thru and the line isn’t moving for another 20 minutes. I just left. Too many workers playing in the parking lot and not enough working or real management. Won’t return.

We order on the app and this is the third time that we waited for +10 minutes only for them to call us over the comes and tell us they didn't have what we ordered and we would have to call the app customer service to refund it. They always want us to go through drive through cause they're lazy. And there's no way their shake machine has been down for weeks. They just don’t want to make the drinks if you ask me. It's costing them my business for sure. I'm done ordering from here.

This restaurant from what I could tell on 06/17/2023 was understaffed, that’s said the waitress who served me was very polite even a bit apologetic. My order was still very prompt and accurate.The two employee I could tell were doing their darnedest to keep up with all the orders at around 4:30 PM, I can’t imagine what a nightmare the lunch or dinner rush would be like. I wouldn’t recommend coming here but not because of a bad a experience but just until they can get properly staffed. As someone who has worked at Sonic before, 2 people is not enough to run a Sonic restaurant. The owner needs to step up and get this place properly staffed.
