30 min wait in the drive thru only to have my order not even started. I don’t think I’ll come to sonic ever again. Even after having to repeat my order 5 times was still charged for not receiving the right items. Quit hiring people who can’t work.
They didn't have grilled chicken, even though the corporate office said they could. Sonic has been infected by laziness. Fried chicken cooks faster, but has way too many calories. So, not to push the issue, I went somewhere else where I know they have grilled chicken. And apparently, corporate offices are aware this was an unpopular decision by many phone calls. Dietary restrictions: No grilled chicken.
I’ve been here 10+ times since I live close. It doesn’t matter if they have 2 employees or 10–they’re always extremely slow with anything. Just waited 30 minutes for a large lime aid. Mgmt needs to get it in gear.
