Sonic Drive-In

Received spoiled ice cream, When I called back the person I spoke with agreed that the ice cream tasted a little weird coming from the machine. I was told to come back the next day. I went back with the intent of getting a refund but Was denied a refund. I was offered more ice cream which I refused. Asst. Manager Ash, was not available to assist, she deflected the situation to someone else. So this restaurant did not try to appease me as the customer. I was told to contact corporate. this is very disappointing. I paid for 3 desserts that no one could eat. This shows that Sonic doesn’t care about their customers money or health.

Opened my sandwich and not only was it the wrong sandwich, cold and had been fixed because the lettuce was brown on soft but this what was in my sandwich, a bread tie. This is just ashamed

Super slow service. I pressed the button and waited for over 25 minutes, with no response. I even press the button on two stalls next to each other and no response. The same six cars were in drive through the whole entire time not moving. This place has gone downhill. Will not return. Save yourself the money and go to Dairy Queen! Good food and good service!
