Sonic Drive-In

Went through drive thru Was not given a receipt and received the wrong sandwich. Was finally given my money back for a burger I did not order and was short changed by the manager. Requested chili (not green chili) was told they do not do chili burgers. Then why can I add chili ro a burger on the app. This is jot the 1st time I have had issues with going to this location and receiving the correct sandwich and it not being taken care of properly. Shame on me, I should of made sure I had the receipt before I left.

This location puts in true effort despite the pandemic that has brought on labor shortages throughout the fast food industry. I go to this location at least once a week since early 2020 and in comparison, this location's management and employees have worked through it and found a way to make it work. While another sonic nearby still only offers drive through service, horrible wait times, and more often than not , an incorrect order, this one has employees that go above and beyond, even putting up Halloween decorations, on every single stall. Just wanted to give a positive thank you to the employees and management here and let corporate know that this location deserves recognition.

I don't post negative reviews. I usually only post 4 stars and above. The following are just statements of facts. They will be out of anything you want, including ice cream. You will have to pay cash. Call before you go if its the evening because they will be closed. Basically, if you've gotta have Sonic on the Westside drive to 31st.
