Sonic Drive-In

This was the longest we've ever waited for a Sonic order. 1 hour!! The poor gal was trying to run the place by herself, so when we called to check on our app order (after 30 minutes waiting) she asked us to go to the drive up window. Our food was still hot when we finally got up to the window, though, and the gal was super friendly. I don't know if they are always slow like this, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. (There's only so much one person can do!)

1 hr wait no food, attempted to call back with button, no answer. Tried drive thru staff ignoring me. 2 burger wacky packs, small mozzarella stick, small onion ring. No answers, not 1 single carhop out the building on our side in 30 minutes. Evening time 8-10-2023 my card was charged, hasn't been returned. What a shame. If you have no Staff, you don't open. I counted over 6 cars on my side left without their order. Lack of care with this sonic. Find somewhere else folks. Would give 0 if I could.

Food was good. Service was super slow. They had us pull forward into a spot while there was no one else in line. I understand that sometimes food takes a minute to cook, but it felt like they forgot about us while we waited for 10 minutes.
