I’ve ordered twice now from Billy’s. The first time was last week and we tried their deep dish pizza and oh my goodness, it was heaven! It reminds me of my home city of Chicago! Perfectly cooked, the dough was fresh, not soggy at all, super cheesy and saucy just the way I like it!! The 2nd time (a week later, today) we tried their thin crust and an Italian beef with hot giardiniera (just like home) and it was another amazing meal! Again, it tastes just like home!! I’ve been searching this city for pizza that matches Chicago style properly and I’m so happy I’ve finally found it! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to try this hidden gem!! You won’t regret it! PS I don’t know who answered the phone but you got me laughing so hard at the end there, hit me with that Chicago humor I love so much. Thank you!

One of the most tasty pizzas I have had in Colorado. Between the thick crust and the savory sauce, I was left satisfied. I got the pizza to go and drove back 20 minutes with it in the car and it was still hot and the crust was still crunchy!
