If zero stars was acceptable I would select it... I'm in town for work, have been here twice in the past 2 wks. Both times I have pressed the button to order food and was waiting 20-30 minutes before I got a response... The first time they were busy so I let it slide, the second time they were not busy. This is ridiculous and the owner needs to address this issue. It's sad when I could not only get my order taken quicker at a sit down restaurant but also get my food quicker than a FASTFOOD restaurant...
Employees are quick to respond when you're ready to order, and the order is delivered quickly by friendly staff. The shakes are great too.
