Sonic Drive-In

It's the first time I'm going to eat Sonic and it will be the last. Yesterday I went with my family to eat during the night, the terrible customer service from the moment you enter, it seems that everyone is angry. The food was very bad, the salty potatoes, the very salty hamburger and very little lettuce, practically no lettuce, the soft drink with a bad taste. From the moment we entered until we left, everyone seemed angry. From the manager to the staff they must change them completely. Teach them mainly how to be good and kind employees.

I have been in USA past few days. Didn’t like the foods at all. Very expensive and tasteless. Then found this place in our way back. Love the food love the service. Very good atmosphere. My son loved the place and the food. He ate all his chicken fingers. Highly recommended. Will be back .

The woman taking our order wasn't even paying attention. She was talking and paying attention to other employees. The person who brought our order gave us the wrong drink for one of the orders and proceeded to say that's what was ordered. No that's what was entered into the register. That's not what was ordered. Again this goes back to the first employee not paying attention. This location used to be great. Service and quality has gone down.
