It all started when we walked in, there was a nasty stench, and we noticed the staff wasn’t wearing gloves, then we order biscuts, chicken, fries, and a sandwich. The chicken was greasy and undercooked, the skin was soggy. The fries were white. While we were eating the staff was just socializing, very loudly. What topped it off was when we found a hair in the chicken. Terrible experience, don’t go there.
Went here Saturday 8/27/22 slightly at closing my son recently had dinner but refused to eat dinner so we were stuck at or around 10pm we arrived at this location and the manager Moyet along with staff Ramisa, Jose the wonderful cook , Samir and Anida all went above and beyond to see it it my son who is Autistic got a fresh batch of tenders. Which are his go to bites when nothing else works . They didn’t have to but they did and for that I’m grateful and thankful to you guys. Great staff Popeyes and they did it all with a smile no attitude nothing I was arrived at closing they were sold out of mild tenders but they represented the best of humanity in that moment and for that I’m forever grateful to you all moyet, ramisa, anida Samir and Jose thank you all very much for caring my family and I thank you all very much. Our first time in Cheektowaga as we were heading to Niagara but wonderful experience. Stay safe and blessed folks.
