Sonic Drive-In

Used to be pretty good but the last several times we’ve gone we’ve sat for 45+ minutes before they bothered to let us know that they’re doing drive thru only. Every other Sonic in the area puts a sign out that they’re drive thru only and this one doesn’t really give the appearance of actually wanting anyone’s business. Worst Sonic in the area.

I purchased food onions rings which was hard as a brick. I had to sit back in drive thru to get hot fries, when I opened the wrapper for my sandwich the cheese was not melted and and meat was cold. I called the complaint line declined the offer of coupon of onion rings to mobile app seeing I do not use app. The representative said she was transferring me to a manager I answered satisfactory questions and the line hung up. I really would not recommend, but if you eat here check ALL of your food.

Sat in the drive thru for. Total of 20 minutes.. watched 2 other orders go out before mine and they ordered way after I did.. I finally get my food after those behind me and the fries are brown and cold so I have the little girl give me hot fries. Then I get home only to find out that the burgers are just as cold!!! So what was I waiting for if not hot food??? This is starting to be a habit with this location! So sad poor food poor service
