We checked out this place after hearing about it on Nextdoor. What a delight to find authentic pho noodle soup and pad thai in Mt. Holly! Order at the counter and find a table in the seating area connected to the convenience store. This family-run establishment did not disappoint. The portions are ample and a great value at under $9. The pho broth was slightly sweet and tangy, and I especially liked the fried tofu cubes in the flavorful pad Thai, along with the usual crushed peanuts adorning the stirfried flat rice noodles.

So last week we ordered 2 Chicken Pad Thai, normal for my wife and 3 stars for me. The 3 stars was hot, but delicious. My wife enjoyed hers as well. Today we ordered the same thing, but 1 star for her(a bit spicier than the regular)and I wanted 2 stars(a bit less spicy). We DoorDashed and mine showed up so spicy one bite was overwhelming and way too hot. So the 2 star was 10 times hotter than last weeks 3 star. It is so red it appeared they dumped so much spice it was inedible. Not understanding. The owner offered to remake them but we had to pick up. That is why we did DoorDash. So maybe be more consistent next time.

Great Thai dishes. Handmade egg rolls. We are from South Korea, so this is definitely a gem here in Mount Holly. The plates are very filling. I took home a box for another lunch later.
