Sonic Drive-In

It felt like I waited at most 20min in the Drive-thru. I was told to wait before giving my order twice. When I got my food it felt like warm, not hot. The tots were hard and warm and the hot dogs just looks pathetic.

I don't like leaving bad reviews however I feel like we all can grow from constructive criticism...... when we arrived I had chosen the cherry drink that was advertised on the screen..... They told me they no linger carry the product which is fine but change your advertisement (they may not have the availability to do that but then corporate needs to step up their game). The food we ordered was not right I had ordered a burger with no tomatoes (because I'm allergic) and not only did it come with tomatoes all of our food was cold......... I really feel like this location could be a good money maker but the staff need to want to be there in the first place in order for it to go smoothly..... best of luck

Went here for 2 slushies and a hot dog. We were waiting for well over 45 minutes for these items. I had to get out of my car to ask for a refund. When I finally received it, no apologies were offered. Keep in mind, they had a kitchen full of workers, so the delay didn’t make sense. Ultimately, they don’t care. Basically, only go here if you have time to kill. If they’re moving that slow for a “fast food” establishment, I’m sure the cleanliness of the workplace is something left to be desired, as well.
