I used to LOVE this place. Don't get me wrong, the salads are delicious but the last time I went, there were 2 brown bugs and a dead fly in the spinach. The workers are not washing the greens and/or following food safely protocol. For the uncleanness and unsanitary ways, theu should zero stars.
The food here is so delicious, but the customer service is HORRIBLE. The employees are so nasty towards the customers it’s unbelievable. I come to this location frequently and it’s ALWAYS a problem with their attitudes. I understand we are all going through hard times right now, but don’t be disrespectful when you are handling peoples food and they are patronizing your business. If you want to eat here, choose another location. I will not be returning.
The food was really good but they need to work on their customer service skills. I was not greeted properly and I stated that I wanted a drink once I got to the register and get this, I had to get my own cup when normally it is handed to you. The girl walked away and mind you this was my first time there so I was not sure about grabbing a cup. The one thing that I am happy about, I can see my food.
